💼 About This Role

You'll provide outpatient mental health services through a telehealth program for a community health-centered organization. You'll help close the gap in access to care for Medicaid populations. This role offers a W2 position with base salary plus bonus, and you work 100% remotely with no weekends.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct telehealth therapy sessions with clients
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
• Collaborate with the clinical team as needed

📋 Requirements

• Master's level degree in counseling or related field
• Licensure as LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or equivalent
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship
• Private workspace for telehealth sessions
