📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of compensation experience in a high-growth environment.
• Proven track record building compensation programs from the ground up.
• Experience in competitive talent market without relying on benchmarks.
• Ability to articulate a clear point of view on compensation philosophy.

• Experience at an AI lab, foundation model company, or high-growth tech company.
