💼 About This Role

You'll join Fresha's Account Management team to help beauty and wellness partners optimize their service menus and streamline their onboarding experience. You'll analyze and restructure service offerings to ensure a clear, efficient booking experience. This role offers exposure to SaaS operations and direct impact on partner success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze service menus to identify clarity and consistency improvements.
• Structure and organize service offerings for efficient booking.
• Optimize presentation of services including categorization and simplification.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of information uploaded to the platform.

📋 Requirements

• 2–3 years of higher education (BTS, BUT, Bachelor's).
• Strong French writing skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with digital tools.
• English fluency is a bonus.

• Initial experience in operations, support, or data management.
