💼 About This Role

You'll lead the finance function of a high-growth startup during a 7-8 month maternity cover, reporting to the CEO. You'll own month-end operations, statutory compliance, and strategic FP&A, ensuring the business is audit and Series B ready. This role offers the chance to drive tangible social impact by helping build the AI operating system for the care sector.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end finance operations including month-end close and statutory filings
• Prepare for audit and manage EMI share scheme administration
• Act as strategic business partner to the CEO on forecasting and strategy
• Manage and mentor a team of three finance professionals

📋 Requirements

• Finance leadership in a venture-backed startup or high-growth environment
• Understanding of SaaS and marketplace metrics
• Comfortable with both board presentations and hands-on month-end controls
• Experience with statutory compliance, audit, and EMI share schemes
