💼 About This Role

You'll oversee day-to-day vehicle reconditioning operations in a lean manufacturing environment, leading up to 70 associates. You'll maintain a culture of continuous improvement and meet quality, production, and cost objectives. This role drives high associate engagement and ensures adherence to operating standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center
• Mentor direct reports and develop succession plans
• Ensure adherence to operating standards and performance metrics
• Maintain production capacity and assist with planning

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Experience leading and developing associates
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean record (3 years)

• Experience in automotive reconditioning
• Proficient computer skills
• Six Sigma or continuous improvement certification
