You'll serve as the right hand to fulfillment leadership, architecting scaling initiatives like regional distribution hubs and NPI readiness to transform Formlabs' global supply chain. You'll translate executive vision into a world-class operations reality at a company that powers innovation for industry leaders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead global fulfillment and logistics roadmap development.
• Oversee 3PL migrations and new warehouse launches.
• Architect supply chain readiness for New Product Introductions.
• Identify systemic bottlenecks and design scalable solutions.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive operations strategy or supply chain experience
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field
• Proven track record leading complex global projects in fast-paced environments
• Exceptional strategic thinking and ability to navigate ambiguity

• Master's degree (MBA or MS) strongly preferred
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or APICS CSCP certification
• Global ERP/WMS implementations and e-commerce ecosystem integration
