As a Claims Manager, you will manage a diverse caseload of professional liability claims, investigating, evaluating, and resolving them to reinforce our brand and values. Your expertise will support the advancement of our systems and processes through feedback and collaboration, helping shape data-driven claims management.

Requirements

• 10+ years professional experience with 5+ years litigating or managing professional liability claims
• Bachelor's degree required; J.D. and professional designations preferred
• Possess required state claim adjuster licenses or obtain within 90 days
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong communication skills and ability to succeed in remote environment

Responsibilities

• Manage caseload of professional liability claims with sound judgment and legal knowledge
• Complete timely investigations into coverage, liability, and damages
• Build and maintain relationships with policyholders, brokers, carriers, and underwriters
• Direct and monitor assignments to experts and outside counsel
• Identify and escalate insights into emerging claims trends
