You will lead the strategy and evolution of Roku's enterprise productivity ecosystem, optimizing collaboration, workflows, and AI-enabled tools to enhance employee effectiveness and scale the business.

Requirements

• 15+ years leading enterprise platforms, digital workplace, or productivity
• 5+ years leadership with track record of building high-performing teams
• Demonstrated success designing operating models or workflow improvements
• Experience leveraging AI or automation for organizational effectiveness
• Data-driven mindset with ability to establish metrics and translate insights to action

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise productivity strategy
• Engineer cohesive productivity ecosystem across collaboration, workflow, knowledge, and AI tools
• Establish productivity telemetry and measurement frameworks
• Identify structural friction and design interventions to improve speed and execution
• Drive adoption of AI assistants and automation
