You'll lead Lendable's partnerships strategy and new channel development to scale customer acquisition. You'll identify, negotiate, and launch high-impact deals with consumer, media, and fintech partners. This role sits at the center of a major marketing build in UK fintech.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Identify and prioritize new acquisition and distribution channels
  • Lead negotiations and deal structuring with partners
  • Hire, manage, and develop the partnerships team
  • Partner with CMO, creative, legal, and brand on cross-functional initiatives

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7+ years in growth, partnerships, or new channel development for a consumer brand
  • 2โ€“3 years leading a partnerships or new channels function
  • Strong commercial track record of identifying, signing, and scaling channels
  • Experience structuring deals including commercial models, integrations, and co-marketing

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in fintech or regulated industries
  • Experience launching sponsorships in sport, entertainment, or media
  • Background in affiliate, influencer, or embedded finance
