You'll embed directly with small and mid-size businesses to design and build AI-powered solutions that create real operational impact. Your core focus will be diagnosing inefficiencies, earning stakeholder trust, and shipping production-grade AI agents and automated workflows. This role offers the chance to work on diverse client challenges across industries.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Embed with clients to discover operational pain points and identify AI opportunities
• Design and build AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
• Develop AI-powered workflows integrating with CRMs, ERPs, and cloud platforms
• Own full delivery lifecycle from scoping to build, testing, and handoff

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 2+ years of professional experience in software engineering or AI/ML engineering
• Working proficiency in Python and familiarity with REST APIs and cloud services
• Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and understanding of RAG

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with workflow automation platforms like Zapier, Make, or n8n
• Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma) and embedding pipelines
• Prior client-facing or consulting experience in forward-deployed engineering
