💼 About This Role

You'll drive product development for denim, leading communication with global factories from prototype to shipment. You'll ensure seasonal lines stay on time and within cost while meeting aesthetic targets. This role offers direct collaboration with directors and overseas factory partners.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Communicate with global vendors through product lifecycle
• Create and maintain WIP reports and costing line plans
• Review cost sheets and collaborate on counter options
• Attend cross-functional meetings to resolve issues

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years of product development experience (knits, wovens, sweaters)
• Understanding of wash processes and ability to direct factory
• Ability to read tech packs and understand garment construction
• Import experience with overseas direct factories

✨ Nice to Have

• Denim experience highly preferred
• PLM/Full Circle proficiency
