You'll own the technical relationship for Enterprise customers, serving as a trusted advisor to drive adoption and value from the Braze platform. You'll collaborate with Customer Success and account teams to define technology strategies and ensure customers achieve their business goals. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical relationship for assigned enterprise accounts
• Drive adoption and technical maturity of Braze platform
• Conduct discovery and recommend solutions for customer needs
• Create solutions documentation and architectural diagrams

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years client-facing TAM or related technical experience
• 3+ years managing complex customer environments
• Strong communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
• Proven problem-solving ability in fast-paced environments

• Bilingual skills beyond English
• Experience with SaaS, Mobile, API, or Programming
