Responsibilities

• Lead by example to ensure quality in-store customer experience
• Maximize KPI results including OPH, NPS, SPH, conversion, and sales
• Participate in inventory cycle counts and order fulfillment
• Maintain brand standards for visual presentation and cleanliness
• Support onboarding and assess team performance
