You'll serve as a trusted consultant guiding customers through Lodgify's software setup and adoption, focusing on OTA integrations. You'll proactively troubleshoot technical issues, build strong client relationships, and ensure timely resolution of requests. This role stands out for its blend of technical troubleshooting and consultative customer success in a fast-growing scale-up.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Provide expert guidance on OTA connection types and features.
  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
  • Respond to customer requests via email, phone, chat, and screen-sharing.
  • Collect and escalate customer feedback for product improvement.

📋 Requirements

  • Excellent English and French, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in a technical support or service environment.
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in live product walkthroughs (calls, screen shares).

✨ Nice to Have

  • Background in the tourism or tech industry.
  • Experience with OTAs or Channel Managers.
  • Hands-on experience with Zendesk and Slack (or similar tools).
