Description

As a Home Health Aide with BAYADA, you will provide essential care to clients in Burlington and Camden Counties, enabling them to remain at home. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, performing activities of daily living, light housekeeping, and vital sign checks while enjoying flexible scheduling and a supportive work environment.

Requirements

• At least one year of work experience
• Listed on the NJ Certified Home Health Aide Registry in good standing
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination
• Criminal background check completed

Responsibilities

• Activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care)
• Light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, bed making
• Range of motion and exercises
• Transfers and use of mechanical lifting devices
• Vital sign checks (temperature, pulse, respiration)
