You'll own end-to-end data projects at dLocal, a global payments platform for emerging markets. Your work directly impacts payment routing, anomaly detection, and forecasting for major brands. This role offers autonomy and cutting-edge AI tooling to drive measurable business outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end data projects from ideation to production.
• Quantify business value of proposed solutions before implementation.
• Perform root-cause analysis and contribute to incident management.
• Champion AI-assisted tooling to accelerate development throughput.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in applied ML and Statistics.
• Proficiency in Python and AI-driven development tools.
• Strong knowledge of ensemble methods and deep learning.
• Experience with Spark, SQL, and AWS SageMaker.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in payments or financial systems (anomaly/fraud detection).
• Advanced English is a must.
