🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex mobile features.
• Optimize app performance and scalability across platforms.
• Collaborate with design, data science, and medical teams.
• Evolve engineering strategy and CI/CD processes.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional mobile development.
• 2+ years in Flutter with strong Dart knowledge.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and WebSockets.
• Proven CI/CD and automated testing experience.

• Health tech or communication tool experience.
• Spanish fluency.
• Open-source Flutter contributions or startup experience.
