Description

You will provide home health visits to clients in Anne Arundel County, performing admissions, assessments, and skilled nursing care. This role offers flexible scheduling, 1:1 care, and a supportive team environment where you can develop your skills and advance your career.

Requirements

• Current RN license in Maryland
• Minimum one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Ability to travel to assigned cases
• Home care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Follow designated care plans and make home visits
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes
• Perform client assessments and case management
• Document observations and interventions using an electronic tablet
