Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or Engineering preferred
• 3+ years experience in project management, customer success, or account management
• 3+ years working in healthcare or supply chain
• Tech savvy with Asana, Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce
• Experience collaborating with technical teams for complex integrations

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementations to ensure contractual commitments are met
• Manage project execution to achieve key milestones and financial objectives
• Consult customers on process improvements using baseline data and analysis
• Produce and analyze customer data to demonstrate outcomes and drive engagement
• Facilitate issue resolution, training, and support during implementation
