Partnering with risk analysts, you will translate business risk strategy into scalable, reliable technology, shaping backend services in Golang and driving execution, delivery, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams
• Strong technical background with development experience
• Excellent cross-team communication skills
• 4+ years of experience as a Go developer
• Experience in building and optimizing development processes

Responsibilities

• Lead the team across hiring, planning, task decomposition, and process improvement
• Own team execution and delivery, ensuring predictable timelines and alignment with risk and business objectives
• Drive development and continuous improvement of risk scoring and decisioning capabilities
• Tackle complex technical and domain challenges to ensure quality, reliability, and safety
• Shape architecture, design, and implementation of backend services in Golang
