You'll serve as the connective tissue between product, engineering, and domain leaders, building operational processes and AI-assisted workflows to reduce friction. Your core impact: drive the product delivery lifecycle and automate metrics reviews using AI tooling. This role is unique because we expect you to default to AI when solving operational problems, while maintaining strong process discipline.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and drive the Product Delivery Lifecycle from ideation to launch
• Design and automate operational workflows using AI tooling
• Support business and metrics review cadences with AI-surfaced insights
• Fix broken workflows by working with engineering and product managers
• Maintain and evolve operational playbooks

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience building process from zero to one
• AI-first operator who actively uses AI tools and builds automations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management without authority
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in a SaaS company (B2B or B2C)
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make)
• Experience with prompt engineering or structuring AI-assisted processes
