🎯 What You'll Do

• Evolve brand identity across layout, typography, and motion
• Translate business objectives into creative concepts and visual systems
• Design and improve creative workflows for speed and scale
• Lead, mentor, and elevate a small creative team

📋 Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in art direction or creative leadership
• Strong portfolio showcasing visual systems and campaigns
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva
• Experience guiding designers and improving output through feedback
