You'll join the Supply Analytics team within SOAP, using data to drive growth for Agoda's top hotel partners. You'll translate business needs into analytical projects and proactively identify opportunities for scaling supply. This role offers exposure to strategic initiatives with global impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate internal briefs into analytical projects and storyboard outputs.
• Analyze data from large-scale data warehouses and present statistical analysis.
• Proactively identify growth opportunities within supply and the wider business.
• Automate manual operational processes and report time savings.

📋 Requirements

• 2-6 years of experience in analytics, data science, insights, or strategy.
• Bachelor's degree in a business or quantitative subject (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering).
• Expert in data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, Python, or R.
• Experience conducting A/B testing experimentation.

• MBA or Masters in a quantitative subject.
• Asian market experience.
