You'll serve as a trusted partner for a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts, building relationships and driving growth. You'll identify expansion opportunities and execute strategies that increase adoption and revenue. This role offers the chance to collaborate across teams to deliver tailored solutions.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Serve as primary relationship owner for a portfolio of accounts.
- Proactively manage contract renewals and mitigate risks.
- Identify expansion opportunities to drive upsell and cross-sell.
- Develop detailed account plans tracking health and growth.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of account management or customer-facing SaaS experience.
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of mid-market or enterprise accounts.
- Demonstrated success driving upsell and cross-sell revenue.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B SaaS account management in verticals like Education, Industrials, or Technology.
- Familiarity with customer success frameworks and metrics (NRR, churn).
- Success working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing.
