You'll define the multi-year product vision for Fellow, evolving from a coffee brand into a broader design-led kitchen platform. You'll own the full product lifecycle across hardware and software, managing a world-class team and representing the product function at the executive level.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Articulate a multi-year product and technology vision expanding into espresso and kitchen categories.
• Own full product lifecycle from customer insight through contract manufacturing and launch.
• Build and lead a world-class product organization unifying design, engineering, and software.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, and commercial leaders to align roadmap with growth objectives.

📋 Requirements

• Extensive experience leading product and hardware orgs in consumer products.
• Proven track record managing end-to-end lifecycles for design-forward physical products.
• Strong background working with global contract manufacturing partners.
• Deeply customer- and data-driven with disciplined prioritization approaches.
