💼 About This Role

You'll lead the accounting and financial operations of a manufacturing facility in Sylmar, CA, overseeing all accounting functions and cost accounting processes. You'll drive financial performance by partnering with operations leadership and presenting KPIs and variance analysis to executive leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Manage standard costing, job costing, and variance analysis
• Analyze production metrics and cost drivers with plant leadership
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience in manufacturing
• Strong cost accounting and inventory management expertise
• Experience with ERP systems (manufacturing modules preferred)
