You'll provide one-on-one nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes with flexible scheduling that supports work-life balance. This role lets you make a direct impact on children and families through compassionate, patient-centered care.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in home settings
• Assess client conditions including vital signs and seizure monitoring
• Care for gastrostomy tubes, tracheostomies, CPAP/BiPAP, and ventilators
• Document patient status and communicate with care team

📋 Requirements

• Valid Texas LVN license
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance

• 6 months pediatric home health experience as an LVN
