You'll lead the mobile architecture for a social discovery platform with 20M+ users. You'll own technical decisions from scratch, launching iOS and Android apps. This role offers high autonomy and real product impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Launch mobile apps on iOS and Android for a large web product.
• Choose tech stack, libraries, and architectural solutions.
• Set up release, monitoring, and performance processes.
• Foster code quality and engineering culture through code reviews.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years commercial experience in React Native development.
• Deep understanding of mobile lifecycle for iOS and Android.
• Experience with analytics SDKs, attribution systems (AppsFlyer, Adjust), push notifications.
• Experience with App Store and Google Play releases (code signing, provisioning).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience migrating web functionality to mobile or building mobile from scratch.
• Setting up CI/CD for mobile (Fastlane, EAS, Bitrise).
• Mentorship or technical leadership experience.
