💼 About This Role

You'll lead the domestic agriculture and food systems strategy for the Wallace Center at Winrock International, driving regenerative and equitable food systems through strategic programmatic direction and funder engagement. You'll champion innovation and cross-sector collaboration to strengthen livelihoods and ecosystems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide strategic direction for US agricultural and food systems programming
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and monitoring for fiscal responsibility
• Supervise and coach a diverse, high-performing team
• Build strategic cross-sector relationships and represent the Center externally
• Lead fundraising and partnership strategy to sustain and grow programs

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in US agriculture and food systems
• Broad partnership development experience with diverse stakeholders
• Proven leadership of teams, including remote teams
• Expertise in financial management of multi-project portfolios

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree preferred
• Experience in US Midwest or Delta region
• Demonstrated sector thought leadership
