π― What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives across LATAM
- Drive full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Build and maintain senior executive relationships with enterprise brands
- Define and execute LATAM go-to-market strategy
π Requirements
- Enterprise SaaS or advertising technology sales experience
- Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams
- Proven success managing complex enterprise sales processes
- Fluency in Spanish and English
