Description

You will join the team on Andøya to perform test and launch campaigns, acting as a control instance for quality and compliance of ground equipment and processes. You'll carry out inspections, document reviews, and follow up on non-conformance reports, with opportunities to introduce new frameworks at the site.

Requirements

• Engineering qualification or bachelor's/master's degree in engineering
• Experience in quality inspections and assurance involving hardware
• Experience with document management and non-conformity processes
• Ability to perform in high-stress environments
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Shape and advance framework for product control at the launch site
• Carry out in-process and final inspections of hardware and operations
• Follow up on acceptance testing of flight hardware
• Review processes, procedures, and enforce document management
• Set up and maintain calibration plans for tools, equipment, systems
