You'll join a mission-driven team providing virtual psychotherapy to older adults. Work remotely with flexible scheduling and focus on delivering therapy while Sailor Health handles patient referrals. This role offers ongoing training in geriatric psychology and a supportive, clinician-led culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy via telehealth
• Design personalized treatment plans for seniors
• Manage electronic documentation using EMR
• Participate in team meetings and supervision

📋 Requirements

• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field
• Active clinical license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, CP) in Wisconsin
• Experience with geriatric population
