You will own algorithm design and delivery, evaluate system performance against production requirements, and shape the long-term technical vision. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver state-of-the-art tracking systems for L4 self-driving vehicles.
• Contribute to technical direction of tracking team and perception org.
• Write robust software for real-time, safety-critical applications.
• Drive cross-functional features from problem statement to delivery.
• Root-cause issues onboard and drive improvements.

📋 Requirements

• Experience architecting, training, and deploying ML models into real-world environments.
• Track record of driving applied research projects from start to completion.
• Experience delivering perception/tracking solutions for real-time robotic applications.
• Fluency in Python and C++.

• Knowledge of advanced probabilistic algorithms for uncertain inputs.
• Experience in software engineering and algorithm design.
