💼 About This Role

You'll oversee inventory accuracy and manage shrinkage across fulfillment centers. You'll investigate discrepancies and coordinate with cross-functional teams. This role requires onsite presence 5 days a week in Hodgkin, IL.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor and improve inventory accuracy and ensure count completeness.
• Oversee physical inventories, cycle counts, and audit reconciliations.
• Investigate inventory variances and help resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory issues.
• Monitor inventory metrics and provide performance reports.

📋 Requirements

• 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics or manufacturing.
• Experience with WMS systems or warehouse operations.
• Proven track record of driving continuous improvement.
• Experience in analysis and implementing recommendations.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets.
