💼 About This Role

You'll perform heavy bodywork and plastic welding on multiple panels at Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers. You'll help deliver first-rate vehicles to customers while earning a competitive wage. This role offers a $4,000 bonus and 100% company-paid healthcare.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform bodywork on multiple panels including heavy plastic welding
• Conduct minor metal pulling and roof/rocker panel repair
• Apply large area bodywork with Bondo repair
• Use state-of-the-art tools in the Inspection Center

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years old
• Ability to work mandatory overtime as needed

• Experience with stud welding
• Prior work in a high-volume production environment
