You will be the frontline of customer experiences, troubleshooting technical issues across hardware, software, and networking systems while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency. Own customer issues from start to resolution, document interactions, and meet performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 2+ years customer service experience, preferably technical support
  • Working knowledge of PC and Mac operating systems and Microsoft Office
  • Advanced English fluency
  • Ability to work remotely in Ukraine on US business hours (12pm-12am Mon-Fri)
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new technologies

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot customer issues across hardware, software, and networking systems
  • Deliver clear, professional communication for positive customer interactions
  • Document interactions and resolutions accurately
  • Manage multiple requests in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
