Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 5 years of product management experience
- 3 years experience working with commercial systems (e.g. CRM, ERP)
- Deep experience untangling and scaling Salesforce or related systems
- Experience integrating sales engagement platforms and intent data into CRM
- Ability to apply systems rigor in global life sciences environment
- Expertise in CRM data architecture and omnichannel data modeling
- Strong cross-functional influence
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute strategic restructuring of end-to-end purchasing experience and CRM
- Transform complex systems requirements into scalable and manageable system
- Automate high-value actions by integrating account-based outreach, intent data, and sales enablement tooling
- Design data models and account hierarchies to support omnichannel commercial strategy
- Partner with commercial leadership and engineering to translate business objectives into requirements
- Champion exceptional UX for internal systems
