๐ผ About This Role
You'll own end-to-end operational process design across the full revenue lifecycle at a $100M+ revenue SaaS company. Your core impact will be translating business strategy into scalable operational frameworks that power Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success execution. This role reports to the VP of Revenue Operations and offers the chance to lead a cross-functional team while personally overseeing CS Ops process design.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Govern lead routing, account assignment, and territory execution across GTM functions
- Define lifecycle stage definitions, entry/exit criteria, and cross-functional handoff standards
- Translate business strategy into operational frameworks and documentation
- Partner with Revenue Systems and Data AI to embed operational requirements into tech stack
- Lead and develop Revenue Operations Managers covering Marketing Ops and Sales Ops
๐ Requirements
- 8โ12+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or GTM operations in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record designing and governing end-to-end GTM processes across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
- Deep understanding of the full revenue lifecycle and how operational process design drives execution
- Experience translating business strategy into operational frameworks and procedures
