💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in delivering an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans at Hot Topic. You'll help train new recruits and drive sales using your fandom knowledge, all while supporting daily operations and meeting sales targets. This part-time role lets you step up as a leader when managers are away.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage return visits
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to communicate effectively and manage time
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate store
