🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead front-end operations including registration, verification, and authorization
• Analyze denial root causes and implement corrective actions
• Monitor KPIs like clean claim rates and verify accuracy
• Hire, train, and manage staff for HIPAA compliance

📋 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience with front-end workflows
• Comprehensive understanding of medical billing and coding (ICD-10, CPT)
• Proficiency with care management and RCM platforms
• Demonstrated experience leading teams in high-volume environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Prior Auth experience
• Experience with Medicaid and commercial plans in VA, GA, TX
