You'll define the technical vision for OVO's agentic development tooling, building a secure AI ecosystem for internal engineers. Your work enables teams to roll out Claude-based capabilities at scale while ensuring governance and security. You'll mentor engineers and drive architectural excellence across the organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead architecture and roadmap for AI tooling layer
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and feedback
• Collaborate with product and Infosec on technical strategy
• Drive best practices and continuous improvement

📋 Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in software development with team leadership
• Expertise in TypeScript and scalable architecture design
• Proven experience with AI development tools like Claude Code and MCP
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (GCP, AWS) and containerization

• Experience building developer tools or internal platforms
• Understanding of observability pipelines (OTEL collectors)
