💼 About This Role

You'll join the loudest store in the mall as a music and pop culture fanatic, helping customers get the merch they love. You'll provide amazing customer service, stock products, and merchandise the store to create a visually appealing experience. This role is all about sharing your fandom knowledge and working with a team to keep the store running smoothly.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer returns
• Cover the sales floor zone and maintain visual standards
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, and fixture setup

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience working in a retail environment
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Ability to navigate store, merchandise products, and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 pounds
