💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership to provide the best customer experience and use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits. You'll also help with daily operations and meeting sales targets at a pop culture merchandise store. This part-time role offers the chance to contribute to hunger relief through BoxLunch's donation program.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and drive add-on sales.
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when needed.
• Open and close the store, process register transactions.
• Assist with merchandising, planograms, and theft prevention.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
