🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement new conversational experiences across engineering, data, and insurance
• Scale systems from 1M+ to 10M+ members
• Influence system architecture and code quality
• Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering culture

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong background in back-end engineering and systems architecture
• Product-minded with a focus on impact
• Fluent in English (no French required)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with traditional ML, LLMs, or voice AI systems
• Experience with Python/Flask/React/PostgreSQL
