💼 About This Role

You'll provide special education support and develop Individualized Education Plans for K-5 students at a project-based charter school. You'll collaborate with general education teachers to ensure equitable access to learning. This role offers the opportunity to work in an innovative, equity-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide individual instruction and support to students with special needs in general education settings
• Support general education teachers in developing IEP goals and implementation strategies
• Provide accommodations for students with individual needs to encourage learning and success
• Facilitate and design effective group work among students

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Valid California Education Specialist Teaching Credential or out-of-state teaching license
• Basic Skills (CBEST) requirement
• 1+ year working with students as a teacher, intern, or academic coach preferred
