You'll lead consolidated financial reporting and provide technical accounting expertise for a national HVAC services company. You'll ensure U.S. GAAP compliance and support strategic initiatives like M&A and new accounting standards. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Support month-end close, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reporting packages and management reports.
• Coordinate with external auditors for interim and year-end audits.
• Perform technical accounting research and draft memos.

📋 Requirements

• 7-10 years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience.
• CPA certification strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint.
