💼 About This Role

You'll build the product surface area for Hyperspell's AI agent memory and context layer, working across backend, AI workflows, and developer experience. Your core impact is shipping zero-to-one product features that make agent memory useful and trustworthy for developers. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge AI agent infrastructure at a Y Combinator-backed startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build APIs, SDKs, and integration flows for developer adoption
• Develop agent memory primitives like episodic memory and context generation
• Improve data pipelines across Slack, Gmail, Notion, etc.
• Ship zero-to-one product features from ambiguous ideas

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years building product as a backend/full-stack/AI engineer
• Fluency in Python and TypeScript
• Strong backend engineering ability
• Experience or strong interest in AI agents or LLM systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
• Prior work on developer tools or APIs
• Background in startups or fast-paced environments
