💼 About This Role

You'll own the mechanical design of autonomous air vehicles at Anduril Industries, working on the Omen team to deliver runway-independent Group 3 platforms. You'll directly shape product development in a lean, high-ownership culture with a velocity to fly new designs in months.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and drive mechanical design from concept to low rate production
• Lead technical efforts to define requirements and verify mechanical systems
• Collaborate with electrical, software, and mechanical teams for system integration
• Conduct design reviews, analysis, vendor visits, and hardware testing

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in a technical engineering role
• Strong proficiency in CAD software (NX preferred) for fixturing and tooling design
• Hands-on experience with airframe manufacturing and assembly processes
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with NX/Teamcenter
• Experience with clean sheet aircraft configuration
• Familiarity with structural development testing
