Description

You will lead design for Merge's core platform, setting the long-term design vision and solving complex technical workflows. Your work will directly shape how developers and customers experience the product, driving strategy and scaling design practices in a fast-growth environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience, with focus on complex B2B or developer-facing products
• Portfolio showing zero-to-one initiatives and design system impact
• Exceptional communication and ability to command a room
• Deep understanding of APIs and data structures
• Thrives in high-growth, in-office environment as self-starter

Responsibilities

• Define long-term design vision and ensure cohesive user experience
• Translate ambiguous business goals into concrete designs
• Act as advocate for user, upholding high bar for polish and simplicity
• Build systems, standards, and mentoring rituals to scale design craft
• Partner with founders to translate strategy into product roadmap
