You'll design and ship LLM-powered features end-to-end for a virtual care clinic serving women in midlife. You'll build evaluation systems and integrate AI into clinical workflows to improve patient and clinician experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and ship LLM-powered features end-to-end
• Build evaluation harnesses and feedback loops
• Integrate AI into patient, clinician, and operational workflows
• Contribute to internal AI-for-engineering practices and tooling

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with production LLM/ML features
• Strong hands-on coding in Python across the full stack
• Seasoned at system design for AI: retrieval, orchestration, caching, evaluation
• Deep command of modern AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with healthcare, clinical NLP, or regulated AI deployments
• Experience building agentic systems or production RAG at scale
